Its been since forever since ive been on deviant art and i wanna apologize to anyone trying to reach me and i may have neglected. I have been busy for along time and well practicing lately. Now ive moved from drawings to Photoshop images. So, time to start a new =]

Does it bother you that much that we use art that has nothing to do with you?

I report them if I see them. And, let me put it this way. You're breaking the rules you agreed to follow upon signing up. Also, think of this: Bandwith isn't cheap. By submitting pictures here, you take up what has been bought. By putting pictures that are against the rules here, it's a waste and thus makes things needlessly expensive.

Current deviantART policy defines 'Art Theft' to be any situation where a user takes the original art, photography, or writing of another person (a 'third party';) and then either misrepresents the original, unaltered work as one of their own creations or includes the work (either altered or unaltered) in a new image.

i am not taking art from a third party

You took the original art and used it in your own stuff. You altered it by cutting and pasting it onto something else.
